So far so good.
The river is still rising, but significantly slower. No travel still within the city. After the evacuation of parts of Moorhead gridlocked traffic in the city, officials say that there should be no one traveling within the city. All non-essential persons should stay in their homes.
They've also said that the dikes have been built up high enough, and most all sandbagging has stopped.
The only thing to do now is to wait. The river will crest in the next 12 hours or so, and hopefully the sandbags hold.
